It sounds like a contradiction in terms but the results have been startling, funnyclever and everything else in between.

A new update to Cinemagraph now introduces some exciting features that will push your imagination to the limits once again!

Cinemagraph 3.0 gives you more control over the animation and there are new flexible editing options so that you can relive your memories in exactly the way you want.

You can now enhance your frames withcolour filters, just like in Creative Studio.

The update also brings some improvements to Cinemagraph’s user interface, making it even easier to use and giving you more creative freedom.

When you’ve created the animation section of your Cinemagraph, you’ll now be able to use a speed dial to control the slow motion effect to make it play ‘more slowly’ or ‘extremely slowly’.

One of the most useful features has always been the ability to trim the beginning and end of your Cinemagraphs. There is now a newmoving frame indicator that makes it easier for you to trim at exactly the right moment.

Enhanced sharing

Following feedback and demand from users, sharing options have already been introduced to Cinemagraph, but this latest update sees further improvement in this area too.

Nokia Panorama explanations by Nokia Conversations

All you need to do is pick your subject and hold up your Nokia Lumia. Decide where you want the panorama to start from and then follow the onscreen visual guide.

Taking-shot

Lining-up-next-shot

Panorama takes a series of five shots in total, panning from left to right, so remember that when deciding where to start on your wide-screen photo.

After you’ve taken your first shot, a small dot will appear on the right-hand side of the screen encouraging you to chase it with your viewfinder. Align that dot with the circle in the middle of your screen and the app will automatically take the next photo. Continue this until you’ve captured your panoramic photo.

You don’t have to use all five frames; you can press the tick icon at any time to stop the process where it is.

With your wide-photo captured, it’ll automatically save to your Photos hub. However, if you want to interact with the photo some more, stay in the Panorama app interface.
